He completed a Teaching Component Diploma at UCLA in 2005 and finished his postgraduate studies in 2005, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Management with a specialization in Finance from the same university. He worked for 20 years in the Budget and Finance area at UCLA. In 2017, he moved to the United States and began working in the telecommunications sector in 2018. Subsequently, he established the independent insurance agency Club Insurance Services LLC to represent the country's leading insurance companies and provide clients with personalized advice to help them make the right decisions, ensuring protection against risks and losses.

Economist with over 20 years of experience in administration, finance, and project management. Originally from Venezuela, with academic training from the University of Zulia and a master’s degree in business management from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, both located in Maracaibo, Zulia State.
Held leadership roles for more than 18 years in public and private institutions in Venezuela, focusing on financial oversight, budget control, and organizational performance.
Since 2022, has worked in administrative positions within the United States across companies in the commercial, human resources, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serves as Agency Manager at Club Insurance Services LLC in Tampa, Florida.
Holds a Florida 2-20 license and is authorized to manage property and casualty insurance, as well as health plans under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), dental, and vision insurance.
Rafael Cordero

Born in Venezuela, he studied at Universidad Yacambu and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting in 1998. He later studied at Universidad Fermín Toro and obtained a Law degree in 2003. He pursued postgraduate studies in Tax Law at Universidad Fermín Toro in 2005 and completed a Teaching Component Diploma at Universidad Centroccidental Lisandro Alvarado (UCLA) in 2006. He practiced law independently and worked as Legal Consultant for Fundación Central Banco Universal. He held public positions at the Procuraduría del estado Lara in Venezuela and at the Notaría Publica Primera del Estado Portuguesa. In 2018, he moved to the USA, obtained licenses in Health and Life insurance, and represents the main insurance companies in the state of Florida.
